Emergency Drain Line Woes - Who to call?

I am currently sitting in a house that smells like a locker room because our main drain decided to stop working on a Tuesday evening. Every time someone flushes, it starts gurgling in the basement shower and it’s honestly making me want to cry. I need a reliable company in Kingston that does drain line replacements or major repairs and actually answers their phone. I’ve called two places already and got nothing but voicemails. Does anyone have a "emergency" contact for someone who is fair and fast? I’m worried this is going to be a massive job and I really don't want to get scammed by some big national franchise.

They used trenchless tech where possible so it wasn't as destructive as I feared. They are a local crew, super hardworking, and they didn't treat me like I was just another invoice. If they’re available, definitely go with them—they’re easily the most honest drain guys in the city.
